Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use reserveyourbrand.com, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to what the reservation service needs, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. What we collect

Email address	To identify your account, hold your reservations, and notify you (e.g. if an interested-list name frees up).
Name / @name / business name	The reservation itself and your account identity.
Country (derived from your IP by our network provider)	To show partners and ambassadors an aggregate, country-level read of where interest is coming from. We store a two-letter country code, not your IP address, on the reservation.
Referral / invitation data (who invited you, which link)	To credit ambassadors and partners and to build the reservation network.
Messages you submit (e.g. a club message or contact note)	To deliver and display them as intended.
Basic usage & security signals (e.g. human-check results, rate/abuse signals)	To keep the service working and to prevent abuse and spam.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account and reservations.
To notify you about your reservations and interested-list names.
To give partners, brands, and ambassadors aggregate reporting — counts, and a country-level breakdown of the people they bring in. Individual personal details are not exposed to other users except as needed to deliver an invitation you took part in.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. How country is determined

Our content-delivery network (Cloudflare) provides a two-letter country code for each visit, derived from the network address of the request. We use it for the location reporting described above. Where a country cannot be determined it is recorded as unknown. This is an approximation of location, not precise geolocation, and we do not store your IP address on your reservation.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what the site needs to function and to pass the human-check (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this reservation site.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the platform for us — for example our hosting/CDN (Cloudflare) and our database (Supabase) — under agreements that limit them to providing the service.
Partners and ambassadors receive aggregate reporting, and the specific invitation/roster information tied to people they personally invited.
Legal — if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep reservation and account data for as long as your reservation is active and as needed to move it to bitword.co, then as required for legal and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your data (subject to legal limits) using the contact below.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise them, contact us at davewm@bitword.co. You can unsubscribe from notification emails at any time.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. International transfers

We operate primarily from the United States (Florida), and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes

We will update this policy as the service grows and before launch. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
