Because it is text, it survives a screenshot, a tweet, a group chat, and it drags the link along with it.
Cost to us for a whole menu of styles: essentially zero. Each style is a small template rendered in the browser, so ten styles run the same as one, and we can keep adding. The partner picks a default for their brand, and the person who just claimed picks whichever brag they like. The tile grid is the standout borrow from Wordle, it reads instantly and, as plain text, sidesteps the whole image-versus-link problem.
